7 Action Movies you must See
When a high packed action film is on the screen, the adrenaline rush you feel while watching is addictive. Action films have anxious climaxes and some also have a breathtaking twist. The battle between good and evil, between good and good and between bad and evil have all been depicted. The plot of an action movie is usually direct. Every climax will have a winner and a loser. So before you decide which movie to stream on Netflix, which don’t we give you a walkthrough of our favourite action movies!

DIE HARD SERIES
The recurring main character and the protagonist is played by Bruce Wills as an officer of the NYPD. The series consists of four movies. The first one released in 1988, Die Hard centers on rescuing the officer’s wife and others from German terrorists. Die Hard 2 released in 1990 centers on rogue military operatives and the storyline of Die Hard with a Vengeance released in 1995 has a repeat of a scene with German terrorists. The fourth one which was released in 2007, Live Free or Die Hard is all about a cyber-terrorist.

THE EXPENDABLES
This is also a series of movies. They are centered on A CIA operative. Three of the films have been released and the fourth is yet to be released. They were released from 2010 to 2014, each within a 2 year gap.

MAD MAX: FURY ROAD
Released in 2015, this movie is full of car chases, terrifying villains, explosions, fire, etc. The movie is said to be situated in a post-apocalyptic universe where the water scarcity and oil depletion is very much evident. The movie follows to focus on oppositions, crisis and battles, etc. Feminism is also surprisingly an element included. A must watch starring Tom Hardy, Hugh Keays- Byrne and Nicholas Hoult.

THE DARK KNIGHT
A favourite, the Batman is the featured superhero in this film, and is considered a must watch. Starring Christian Bale and Heath Ledger, this movie is a huge blockbuster for the twisted pyschosis, the action and violence including blowing up of the greatest city and to add the cherry to the cupcake, the hero’s funny gravel voice. It was released in 2008.

FACE/OFF
A 90’s movie (1997), it stars Nicolas Cage, John Travolta and Gina Gershon. Action combined with laughter, a face swapping occurs between a good cop and a crime don. The director John Woo doesn’t disappoint one with his crazy gun battles in slow motion, sweeping pans and funnily, doves.

FAST FIVE
The fifth part of the Fast and Furious franchise, it was also its best film. Explosions, car chases and other awesome action sequences is what the storyline has been built around. Starring Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel, this movie was released in 2011.

TAKEN
Taken released in 2008, is a highly intense action movie revolving around a former CIA operative who is battling to rescue his daughter from an Albanian human trafficking ring. This movie leaves its touch on you for several days with its graphic and hard-hitting violence. The movie stars Liam Neeson who plays Bryan Mills, the former CIA operative.
