5 Champagne Cocktails to Serve at Your Party

cocktail

Having a party is one of the highlights of adult life. My days revolve around house parties nowadays. I have been to my fair share of house parties, fancy ones, that serve a ton of champagne cocktails instead of the beer cans that my friends serve in their parties. Here are some of my favorite champagne cocktails that you can serve in your house and look like you have your life together.

1. Ginger Kombucha Mimosa

This recipe serves 8. So have eight champagne flutes ready. If you are thinking of going fancy yet want to stay in a bit of healthy lane (Who are we kidding?), then you can go for this one.

What you need-

  • 3 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup ginger-flavored kombucha (store-bought for ease)
  • 2 cups prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 24 raspberries

How to make it-

  • Combine orange juice and kombucha in a large pitcher.
  • Top with prosecco and stir to combine.
  • Add three raspberries to the empty champagne flute.
  • Pour in the mixture from the pitcher.
  • Ready to be served!

2. Apple Cider Mimosa

This is one of the simplest cocktails you can make for your party. You just need two ingredients to make this concoction. Yet dipping the rim of the champagne flute in ground cinnamon and sugar gives it a much more put together feel.

What you need-

  • A bottle of champagne
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

How to make it-

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a dish.
  • Wet the rim of the champagne flute by dipping it in water.
  • Dip the wet rim in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  • Fill the champagne flute with 1/4th apple cider.
  • Top it with champagne.
  • Ready to be served!

3. Pomegranate Royale

This might not be something you can put together the last minute. Although the process is simple but getting the ingredients might need some planning.

What you need-

  • 4 oz chilled champagne
  • 1 ounce pomegranate liqueur
  • 5 pomegranate seeds

How to make it-

  • Add pomegranate seeds to the flute.
  • Add liqueur to the flute.
  • Top with champagne.
  • Ready to be served!.

4. Apricot Fizz

Like the earlier one, this can be made quickly if you manage to get apricots.

What you need-

  • ½ cup champagne
  • 1 tbsp vodka
  • ¼ apricot nectar

How to make it-

  • Pour vodka and nectar into a champagne flute.
  • Top the flute with champagne.
  • Ready to be served!

5. Cranberry Sparkle

This one is the most time consuming one. If you have help planning the party, then you can go for this one. The ingredient list is to be paid attention to in this one and then can be made according to instructions.

What you need-

  • 1 tbsp cranberry sauce (from a can/ store-bought for ease)
  • 5 oz lime juice
  • 5 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • Splash of champagne or sparkling water

How to make it-

  • Take a shaker with ice.
  • Add Tito’s handmade vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and cranberry sauce in the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously. (It may take more time because of the cranberries.)
  • Strain into a glass with ice.
  • Top the glass with a splash of champagne or sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a lime.
  • Ready to be served!
