People detest port-a-potties because these are actually one of the filthiest places. Just imagine how this man must’ve felt when he couldn’t get out of the seat. He obviously was drunk enough to do this, but cognizant enough to know how to take all his clothes off. We could only wonder what he was planning to do. He obviously wasn’t going to take a shower. Well, let’s give him props because he was able to dial 911 and call for help. He must’ve assumed that this was his neighbor’s brand new Jacuzzi, or so his muddled brain supposed.
