If you didn’t look at this photo well, you’d probably assume that you were looking at an x-ray of an emu. In reality, this is a 2.5 pound kidney stone that was removed from a patient in Hungary. I guess this was one case where there was no way in hell he could have passed this through his urethra. Now that would have been something to see.
